About Me

I worked at Amazon Web Services so that I could learn how to make an impact at scale. I learned so much during my time there and in the middle of generative AI completely changing the landscape of technology. Fortune business anticipates, “the global generative AI market size to grow from $43.87 billion in 2023 to $667.96 billion by 2030.”

I also have Silicon Valley start up experience at Granular where I was the first of 25 employees and we helped grow the company from a $3 million grossing beta product to a $300 million company, bought by DuPont.

I use data and design to create intuitive and engaging products that have a measurable user and business impact. I own design from end-to-end (UI, UX and user research) and have an approach to design to ensure that I find the best solution for each problem. I always follow up to see how the solution performed and if there is anything that could be revised to make a stronger impact.

The following lessons are the keys to my success:

  • Network: Network broadly across the company to get a pulse of the business and find your teams for problem solving.

  • Understand the market: Be plugged into everything going on in the market so that you know how to stay competitive.

  • Follow the money: Understand who the biggest clients are and why.

  • Leverage data: Make informed decisions and pivot when signals indicate a change a direction.

  • Communication: Ensure the team is driving towards a clear goal by documenting and communicating everything including; agendas, meeting notes, plans, strategy, timelines and reports.

I love learning, traveling, yoga, rollerblading and listening to music. I was in the top 3% of Spotify listeners in the US in 2022 and I am certified to teach yoga and would love to teach my colleagues. Can you say, monthly office yoga classes?

I am enthusiastic about going back in to an office (hybrid or full time) where I can contribute to a positive, safe, diverse and fun work environment.
